All teams are advised to check in person at the appropriate UAE consulate/embassy for visa requirements. Websites are not always up to date and a personal visit is highly recommended. Different nationalities have different requirements for the UAE. It is always advisable that the parent of the child applies individually for the visa. The onionbag/host school can provide letters to state that the tournament is at a location but has no influence over the immigration policy of a country. It is recommended that you check visa requirements immediately and apply at least 60 days in advance. We are not able to sponsor you for a visa, but will offer any assistance we can.

Your team of players will receive:

Transport
You have the choice to fly to Dubai International Airport (with Fly Dubai , Jazeera Airways , Bahrain Air , Emirates and Gulf Air ) or to Sharjah International airport (with Air Arabia ).
During your stay you will be transported in comfort and safety in a fully air conditioned coach.
Meals
Children will receive the following:

* evening meal allowance will be given so that players can eat whilst visiting shopping malls
